Recruiter Guide

Learn how to enroll in a tenant, discover candidates, and optimize how your jobs appear to job seekers.

1. Tenant Enrollment

Goal: Join your organization's tenant so you can access shared job listings, collaborate with team members, and manage candidates under one workspace.

Steps

  1. Get the enrollment link - Your organization's Super User will share a unique enrollment link. Click it to begin joining the tenant.
  2. Submit enrollment request - After clicking the link, confirm your details and submit your enrollment request. The tenant admin will review and approve your access.
  3. Set up your recruiter profile - Once approved, complete your recruiter profile with your name, title, and contact information. This is what candidates will see when you reach out to them.
  4. Understand your permissions - As a recruiter, you can browse candidates, view match scores, and manage job postings assigned to you. Tenant-level settings and member management are handled by Super Users.
Tip: If you have not received an enrollment link, ask your organization's Super User to generate one from the tenant dashboard. Links can be reused for multiple recruiters.

2. Candidate Discovery

Goal: Search and filter candidates by skills, location, and experience to find the best matches for your open positions - and reach out directly.

Steps

  1. Search by skills and location - Use the search bar and filters to find candidates matching your requirements. Filter by skill tags, city or region, and experience level.
  2. View match scores - Each candidate card displays a match score showing how well their profile aligns with your job requirements. Higher scores indicate stronger skill and experience overlap.
  3. Review candidate profiles - Click on a candidate to see their full profile, including extracted skills, work history, and education. The AI highlights the most relevant experience for your role.
  4. Contact candidates - When you find a strong match, use the contact option to reach out. Your recruiter profile details are shared with the candidate so they know who is reaching out.
Tip: Combine multiple filters for more precise results. For example, search for "React" + "Tel Aviv" + "3+ years" to find frontend developers in a specific location with the experience level you need.

3. Search Appearances

Goal: Understand how your job listings appear to candidates, optimize descriptions for better visibility, and track how often your jobs are viewed.

Steps

  1. Check how your jobs appear - Preview your job listings as candidates see them on the public job board. Each listing shows the role title, company, location, and up to 3 extracted skill pills.
  2. Optimize job descriptions - Write clear, specific job descriptions that include concrete skills and requirements. The AI extracts keywords from your description to generate skill pills - vague descriptions produce weaker matches.
  3. Track impressions and views - Monitor how many candidates view your listings. Impressions show how often your job appears in search results, while views count how many candidates clicked through to the full listing.
  4. Iterate based on performance - If a listing has high impressions but low views, consider improving the title or skill keywords. If views are high but applications are low, review the description for clarity and completeness.
Tip: Job descriptions that include specific technologies, years of experience, and location details generate more accurate skill pills and attract better-matched candidates.
