Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Applyer platform ("Service"), operated by Applyer ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Applyer is an AI-powered career management platform that provides CV optimization, job application tracking, and interview preparation tools. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze and suggest improvements to your CV based on job descriptions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You register via Google Single Sign-On (SSO). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and all activity under your Applyer account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Free and Paid Plans

  • Free Plan: 5 AI-optimized CV generations per rolling 30-day period. Job matching scores, interview preparation, and PDF export are free.
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited CV generations and priority features as described on our pricing page.

Credits are calculated on a rolling 30-day window (not calendar month). Unused free credits do not carry over.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit, including CVs, job descriptions, and personal data ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent that you have the right to submit all User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models (Anthropic Claude via OpenRouter) to generate CV suggestions, match scores, and interview preparation material. AI-generated content is provided "as is" — we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI suggestions before use.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to submit false information
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
  • Impersonate others or create accounts for third parties without authorization
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Applyer and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applyer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, inaccurate AI suggestions, or data loss.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI suggestions will lead to specific outcomes.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
